It's also all about the food. Wake up to our scrumptious complimentary breakfast served from
7 AM to 9 AM every morning in our charming breakfast area off the main lobby. We offer self serve fresh hot Belgium Waffles, assorted bagels, cream cheese, toast and jam, hot & cold cereals, fresh fruit, coffee, teas, and juice. For the weekend, major holidays, and special events we add biscuits and gravy, breakfast casseroles or eggs/bacon to the menu. Also look for the occasional special homemade treat whipped up on a whim by our cook.

For dinner, just walk on over to the resort's Ole Miner's Steakhouse and Provision Company Restaurant and experience the true taste of Colorado. The restaurant offers both a full sit down dinner or casual meal. Or simply enjoy a cocktail at the same bar that Butch Cassidy bellied up to.
