Pets are welcome and horse corrals are available for our equine guests. This Pet Policy is for the enjoyment and safety of all our guests including your pet. As furry family members they are expected to be supervised by responsible human family members.
PET POLICY:
1. Please keep your pet on a leash at all times. DO NOT ALLOW YOUR PET TO WANDER AROUND or TIED outside and UNATTENDED AT ANY TIME.
2. Remove your pet’s "business" from the Lodge grounds. For your convenience there is a POOPER SCOOPER on the outside office wall in the breezeway . Please return the shovel to its proper place promptly after using it.
3. Do not allow your pet to sleep or get on the beds in the room/cabin.
4. Do not leave your pet unattended in the room/cabin, we request that you take them with you, please... so as not to disturb other guests.....
5. San Juan Veterinary Hospital has boarding for your pet for the day, so they can be cared for while you are out and about doing activities not suitable for them. Phone: # 970 264 2629. Address: 2197 East Highway 160, Pagosa Springs, CO, 81147
6. There is a charge of $25 for the first night and $10 per night for each additional night (plus tax) for having your pet(s) with you here at High Country Lodge. You must also sign a Pet Responsibility form and leave a credit card number with your signature in case of damage or extra cleaning found after your departure. Two dogs maximum per room, please.
| High Country Lodge offers corrals for our guests that travel with their equine friends. Our corrals are 12X16 pipe panels. A round pen is located at the end of the corrals. The area is lit and water is located at corral 5. Corrals are $20 per night plus tax. Reserve your corral when you make room or cabin reservations. |
